Delivery and Payment


We offer fast shipping delivery and next day delivery to all our customers in the UK. Fast shipping usually arrives in 2-3 working days and next day shipping usually arrives on the next working day if the order is placed before 4pm UKT. We will also provide an order number and a post tracking number when the order is placed and shipped. Please note expected arrival dates can vary and are not guaranteed arrival date. 

We offer free next day shipping for all orders over £19.99.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused,  and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, please post the item and provide us with the post tracking number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and follow up.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and discounted item. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. No returns or exchanges are accepted if the goods are damaged due to human factors.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.​


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 28 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
